Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting the broader application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure SOX compliance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes across critical systems
- Support access provisioning and deprovisioning for employees, contractors, and privileged users
- Assist with Okta application integrations and partner with teams on lifecycle and provisioning improvements
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of Okta users, groups, app assignments, and access lifecycle processes
- Exposure to SAML, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, and workflow automation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, or IT systems administration
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred, along with IAM/security certifications
