Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic team, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, provisioning, and integrations while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across Okta-connected applications.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes for business-critical systems
- Support access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes for various user types
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SSO, SCIM, and provisioning processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, IT systems administration, or access management
- Working knowledge of Okta functionalities, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and workflow automation
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred; Security+ or other IAM/security certifications are a plus
- Strong documentation skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
