Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting the broader application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, provisioning, and integrations while ensuring compliance with access governance and audit requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes across critical systems
- Support provisioning and deprovisioning for employees and contractors, and assist with Okta application integrations
- Triage and resolve access issues while documenting common tasks and troubleshooting steps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, or IT systems administration
- Working knowledge of Okta concepts, including users, groups, MFA, and SSO
- Exposure to SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and workflow automation
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred, along with IAM/security certifications as a plus
