Okta Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the broader application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, oversee application integrations, and ensure compliance with access governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes across critical systems
• Support provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes for various user types while ensuring SOX compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SSO, SCIM, and access workflows, while documenting processes and troubleshooting access issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
• At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, IT systems administration, or access management
• Working knowledge of Okta functionalities, including users, groups, MFA, and SSO concepts
• Exposure to SAML, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, and workflow automation
• Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred, along with IAM/security certifications being a plus
