Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting the broader application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance access governance and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes across critical systems
- Support access provisioning and deprovisioning for employees, contractors, and privileged users
- Collaborate with IAM analysts and IT teams to improve SSO, SCIM, and provisioning processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, or IT systems administration
- Working knowledge of Okta functionalities, including MFA, SSO, and access lifecycle processes
- Exposure to SAML, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, or workflow automation
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred, along with relevant IAM/security certifications
