Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting the broader application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, provision and deprovision accounts, and enhance documentation while ensuring compliance with access governance and SOX requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes across critical systems
- Support provisioning and deprovisioning processes for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with access governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Okta application integrations and lifecycle improvements
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of Okta, including users, groups, app assignments, and access lifecycle processes
- Exposure to SAML, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, and workflow automation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, or IT systems administration
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred, along with other IAM/security certifications
