Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, application integrations, and provisioning processes while ensuring compliance with access governance and SOX standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, and application assignments across critical systems
- Support provisioning and deprovisioning of access for employees and contractors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SSO and SCIM integrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, or IT systems administration
- Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and access lifecycle processes
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred; Security+ or other IAM certifications are a plus
- Experience with access requests, onboarding/offboarding, and user access reviews
