Okta Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Okta Architect will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable identity solutions across Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) and Customer Identity Cloud (CIC/Auth0), acting as a strategic advisor and technical leader in modernizing clients' IAM landscapes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Okta WIC and CIC solutions
• Design end-to-end IAM and CIAM architectures, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams and client stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with deep expertise in Okta
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing Okta WIC and CIC solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
• Expertise in authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP
• Experience designing CIAM solutions and implementing RBAC models
