Okta IAM Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume SaaS integration queue, the full-time remote Okta IAM Integration Engineer will configure SSO and SCIM provisioning while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO integrations, leading technical coordination with third-party vendors
• Set up SCIM 2.0 provisioning and implement group-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Okta
• Manage ongoing access operations, including provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycles and executing Change Advisory Board (CAB) tickets for production-level modifications

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of dedicated Okta administration experience in a corporate IT or enterprise environment
• Deep configuration experience with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume ticket queue and multiple concurrent integration projects
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex IAM architecture for non-technical stakeholders
• Solid experience operating within a structured CAB/change management framework
