Okta Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Okta Implementation Engineer, a contract position focused on executing end-to-end migrations of applications from legacy IAM systems to Okta, requiring hands-on configuration and testing, with remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete migration of applications from legacy IAM platforms into Okta
• Configure SAML 2.0 and OIDC/OAuth SSO integrations within the Okta platform
• Perform application onboarding, testing, and production cutover activities, including weekend deployments

Required Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level experience as an Okta Implementation Engineer or IAM Engineer with strong SSO migration expertise
• Hands-on experience in structured IAM migration or transformation programs
• Proficient in Okta administration and configuration
• Deep understanding of SAML 2.0 and knowledge of OIDC/OAuth
• Experience troubleshooting authentication failures using logs and debugging tools
