Okta Support Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Okta Support Engineer to provide remote technical support, configuration, and administration of Okta-based Identity, Credential, and Access Management solutions for government customers, requiring an active Secret Security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the Okta platform, including user lifecycle management and application integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve ICAM-related incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure IAM configurations meet federal security standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Okta or a comparable IAM platform
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Relevant Okta certification(s) required (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator)
