Okta Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Okta Technical Consultant will design and implement secure identity solutions using Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) and Okta Identity Governance (OIG), while managing client engagements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IAM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Okta WIC features, including SSO, MFA, and Adaptive Authentication
• Integrate Okta with enterprise applications using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
• Manage Okta Lifecycle Management for automated provisioning and support OIG capabilities like access requests and reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant delivering enterprise IAM solutions
• Proven experience configuring and implementing Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC)
• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience working with Okta
• Strong understanding of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM
• Experience integrating Okta with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
