Olo Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Olo Consultant to implement and optimize Olo's delivery management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Olo-related inquiries and best practices
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process of Olo for new clients
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure effective utilization of the Olo platform

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Olo implementation or consultancy within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of Olo's platform and its integration with POS systems and other restaurant technologies
• Experience with customer success, client training, and post-implementation support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Project management experience and/or certification is preferred
