Omni-Channel Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Omni-Channel Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and retain existing ones through inbound sales
• Assist customers via chat, text, email, and calls to achieve sales conversion goals
• Provide feedback for sales training and achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience as an internet sales agent or in an omni-sales agent role in a call center environment
• Strong sales experience using a digital/omni-channel approach
• Ability to toggle between technology and software while engaging with customers
• Self-starter with a strong desire for responsibility and growth
