Job Summary

A company is looking for an Omnichannel Lead to join their Oncology or Women's Health department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Marketing Mix Models (MMM) in Python to inform investment decisions
• Build scalable Next Best Action / Next Best Engagement models to optimize omnichannel performance
• Partner with media agencies and brand teams to integrate complex digital media data into modeling efforts

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills with experience in developing statistical models
• Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling with proven business impact
• Experience with digital marketing data and healthcare datasets
• Familiarity with personalization models or recommender systems in a healthcare context
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams
