Job Summary
To support the Global Rare Business Unit, the full-time Associate Director of Omnichannel Operations will execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional partnerships, and ensure compliance with industry standards in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute omnichannel campaigns across email, web, and field-enabled journeys
- Coordinate post-MLR implementation activities and manage UAT, QA, and go-live tasks
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Analytics, IT, and external vendors to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Experience within pharma, biotech, or regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, and Veeva
- Experience with campaign execution, QA/UAT, and launch coordination
