OMS Platform Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time OMS Platform Engineer, the successful candidate will manage and support the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) cloud platform, ensuring operational excellence and system uptime while working remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the IBM Sterling OMS Cloud Product, focusing on operational excellence and system uptime
• Lead user access management, including roles and permissions, to maintain platform security
• Monitor platform health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving system issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IBM Sterling OMS operations and technical support experience within a B2C environment
• Deep subject matter expertise in IBM Sterling OMS cloud operations, testing, and systems integration
• Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting integrations via EDI, XML, and SFTP
• Solid background in Agile software development, code review, and deployment best practices
• US-based; must be authorized to work without sponsorship
