Key Responsibilities

Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize LLM outputs for various use cases
Train and fine-tune LLMs using proprietary datasets and prompt engineering techniques
Monitor AI system performance and analyze output quality to improve strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or NLP model development
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience with AWS tools and technologies, such as Amazon SageMaker and AWS Lambda
