Job Summary

To support a growing team, the On-Call Personal Response Associate will respond to incoming calls and alarms from elderly and medically at-risk individuals, coordinating timely assistance while working remotely in a flexible, availability-based role.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to calls and alarms, identifying the type of assistance required and coordinating help according to established protocols
  • Ensure high levels of customer service through professional and caring interactions with subscribers
  • Perform off-phone tasks, including data management and troubleshooting service issues, to maintain uninterrupted service for subscribers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED evidence required
  • Previous call center or customer service experience with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Demonstrated compassion and empathy for elderly and medically at-risk individuals
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and handle routine tasks at varying paces
