Job Summary

To ensure seamless operational coverage, the part-time On Call Scheduler will manage and coordinate caregiver staffing for home health nursing clients in a fully remote environment, handling scheduling changes and emergencies while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update on-call schedules for multiple departments to ensure full coverage
  • Field a high volume of incoming calls to fill open shifts and confirm staffing needs
  • Monitor on-call coverage and adjust schedules quickly in response to unexpected absences or emergencies
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of healthcare scheduling experience, preferably in home health
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience in scheduling or workforce management
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Google Workspace
