On Call Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for an On Call Subject Matter Expert (as-needed basis) who will contribute to the development of training materials and resources, support the implementation of risk assessment and behavioral management tools, and provide expertise in child welfare and/or unaccompanied children's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of training materials and learning products
• Support the development and implementation of risk assessment and behavioral management tools and related materials
• Review developed products for technical accuracy and provide feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in refugee resettlement, unaccompanied minors, or child welfare
• Knowledge of child migration, unaccompanied children's programs, and child welfare standards
• Experience developing training materials and resources
• Direct experience working in a residential setting with unaccompanied minors (preferred)
• 8+ years of work in the field of refugee resettlement, unaccompanied children's programs, or other related child welfare role (preferred)
