Job Summary

A company is looking for an On-Demand Support Specialist to join their Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and manage the HubSpot ticket queue for patient and provider inquiries
  • Contribute to SOP documentation and support AI workflow builds on deep-work days
  • Communicate proactively and provide coverage support for teammates as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a customer support, patient services, or healthcare administrative role
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or a comparable ticketing platform strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Aircall or a comparable VoIP platform is a plus
  • Healthcare, genomics, or clinical environment experience is a strong advantage
  • HIPAA-aware or willing to complete training immediately upon hire
