Job Summary

Managing on-site services and maintenance activities, the full-time On-Site Services Specialist will execute preventive and remedial maintenance, manage maintenance facilities, and support field services engineering in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair activities on customer sites to ensure product functionality
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to integrate services and enhance operational efficiency
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a liaison between clients and the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
• Basic understanding of key business drivers and their impact on operational tasks
• Ability to make decisions within defined frameworks and solve technical problems
• Interpersonal skills with the potential to lead a team
• Experience in explaining technical information to non-technical individuals
