OnBase Administrator

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day operational support, the remote contract OnBase Administrator will manage and administer OnBase environments, ensuring system stability and availability while addressing performance issues and supporting enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain business continuity
• Manage and administer OnBase environments, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing business needs

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as an OnBase Administrator supporting enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of OnBase system architecture, configuration, and build processes
• Experience with API deployment and integrations within OnBase or similar ECM platforms
• Solid knowledge of server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical documentation and white papers
