OnBase Developer

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise document management initiatives, the full-time remote OnBase Developer will perform senior-level software development, configuration, support, and testing for the OnBase platform while collaborating with business users and technical teams to enhance and optimize document workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide programming and development support to enhance the functionality of the OnBase platform
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop APIs and integrations between enterprise systems
• Implement system enhancements and maintain workflow solutions, automation processes, and document management features in OnBase

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in OnBase development, configuration, and workflow management
• Proficiency in OnBase workflow, WorkView, configuration, and automation tools
• Experience with SQL, Windows Server, and JavaScript for scripting and development
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OnBase components and integration points
