Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Account Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain working knowledge of agency processes, account management, and integrated strategies
- Participate in and document client meetings and maintain communication regarding deliverables
- Assist with resolving client questions and support the Onboarding Director with additional tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Experience in the automotive industry or customer service is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extremely organized and task-oriented
