Job Summary

To enhance partner satisfaction, the remote Onboarding Account Manager will manage the onboarding process for Inntopia's Commerce Platform partners, providing training, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance while taking ownership of accounts from post-contract signing through go-live and beyond.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules and tasks during the partner onboarding phase
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing troubleshooting and strategic guidance
  • Review partner campaign performance and identify opportunities for improved conversion and ROI
Required qualifications:
  • 5 years of resort/hospitality experience, preferably with software systems
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in account management or agency roles
  • Proven technical aptitude with complex software and CRM systems
  • College degree, preferably a B.S
