Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Onboarding Account Manager will manage client relationships, provide proactive sales support, and oversee onboarding processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Train and support new Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) to enhance their integration into the company and sales processes
- Manage customer quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT solutions sales
- Strong technical expertise in data center infrastructure solutions and distribution channel methodologies
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
