Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of healthcare practices, the full-time remote Onboarding Account Manager will oversee the onboarding process from contract signing to successful platform adoption, ensuring client satisfaction and effective training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting Getting Started Calls and managing onboarding timelines
- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive training sessions tailored to client needs, ensuring readiness for platform operation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete billing-related onboarding requirements and maintain alignment across workstreams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or client success
- Experience with healthcare technology, EHR software, or medical billing environments
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and related processes
- Must be based in the United States and available to work standard U.S. business hours
- Excellent presentation, training, and Zoom facilitation skills
