Onboarding Account Manager
Job Summary
Managing day-to-day Accounts Payable implementation engagements, the full-time Onboarding Account Manager will guide Accounting Channel partners and their clients through platform configuration, software integrations, and initial setup, ensuring a high-quality implementation experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AP implementation for new Accounting Channel partners and their clients
- Drive activation within onboarding engagements, ensuring clients are live and transacting quickly
- Maintain accurate documentation and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or a similar role
- An accredited bachelor's degree
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Familiarity with AP workflows and accounting processes
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial software is preferred
