Job Summary

Serving as a personal point of contact for physicians, the full-time remote Onboarding Analyst will guide specialists through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience while managing data analysis to optimize workflows and predict start dates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for physicians, providing guidance and answering questions throughout the onboarding process
  • Drive continuous process optimization by leading cross-functional projects to enhance the onboarding workflow
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve onboarding efficiency, ensuring timely start dates for physicians
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in operations, client/customer success, analytics, consulting, or research
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a premium experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work with data to track progress and identify operational inefficiencies
  • Track record of independent project management in fast-paced environments; healthcare experience preferred but not required
