Onboarding Analyst

Job Summary

To support customer success, the full-time remote Onboarding Analyst will manage the migration of aircraft maintenance and operational data into Veryon's platform, ensuring data accuracy and completeness while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate and validate aircraft maintenance data from various formats into standardized templates, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Maintain data integrity throughout the onboarding process by identifying and resolving discrepancies and performing quality assurance reviews
• Communicate with customers regarding onboarding requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data migration, customer onboarding, or a related analytical role
• Experience with Excel, PDFs, and managing structured/unstructured data while maintaining high accuracy
• Strong analytical skills to identify inconsistencies and validate complex datasets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
