Job Summary

To support associate development, the full-time FLEX Manager, Onboarding and Associate Growth will manage onboarding resources, assist leaders in coaching and mentoring, and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Learning and Delivery Team to execute training programs for RMAS associates
  • Assess associate skills and identify training needs to ensure relevant onboarding and development
  • Lead training delivery efforts and maintain accurate training records while providing feedback to leadership
Required qualifications
  • 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience, or a 4-year degree with certification as a trainer
  • Preferred experience in revenue management and property operations
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-geography, virtual team environment
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Knowledge of revenue management, PMS, and sales systems or processes
