Job Summary
Supporting onboarding operations and educational initiatives, the part-time Onboarding and Education Associate will assist in documenting client goals, managing timelines, and optimizing training materials in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting client goals and onboarding requirements in coordination with various teams
- Support Consultants in managing onboarding timelines and tracking project milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Help maintain and optimize training and curriculum materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer success, project coordination, or training support
- Experience or strong interest in a SaaS, data analytics, or technology-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task ownership
- Comfortable working with data and using tools for tracking and reporting outcomes
