Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding and Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and performance of Powered By 3PL partners, ensuring successful integration and training
- Lead cross-functional project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while facilitating stakeholder alignment
- Design and implement scalable processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 4 years in a merchant-facing role such as Business Development or Account Management
- Proven track record as a department leader and manager of other managers
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and their application
- High level of initiative and teamwork with a positive attitude towards change and learning
