Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding and Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and performance of Powered By 3PL partners, ensuring successful integration and training
  • Lead cross-functional project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while facilitating stakeholder alignment
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years in a merchant-facing role such as Business Development or Account Management
  • Proven track record as a department leader and manager of other managers
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and their application
  • High level of initiative and teamwork with a positive attitude towards change and learning
