Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding & Training Manager to lead the onboarding program in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bi-weekly onboarding cohorts and facilitate live training sessions
- Own onboarding execution from pre-start through early tenure and serve as the primary contact for new hires
- Maintain and improve onboarding materials while tracking new hire readiness and identifying gaps
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or L&D, preferably with remote onboarding experience
- Strong facilitation presence and confidence in leading live sessions
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a repeatable, bi-weekly onboarding process
- Comfortable owning outcomes related to new hire performance and ramp
