Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding & Training Manager to lead the onboarding program in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead bi-weekly onboarding cohorts and facilitate live training sessions
  • Own onboarding execution from pre-start through early tenure and serve as the primary contact for new hires
  • Maintain and improve onboarding materials while tracking new hire readiness and identifying gaps
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or L&D, preferably with remote onboarding experience
  • Strong facilitation presence and confidence in leading live sessions
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a repeatable, bi-weekly onboarding process
  • Comfortable owning outcomes related to new hire performance and ramp
