Onboarding Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate, Licensed Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the onboarding process for new lenders, ensuring a seamless transition across various teams
• Collaborate with training teams to educate stakeholders and promote the Figure product during onboarding
• Execute project plans and participate in partner meetings to track progress and address challenges

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA with 3-5+ years of project management or customer success experience
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and methods
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• High level of business acumen; B2B experience is a bonus
• Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products is a plus
