Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to guide restaurants through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end restaurant onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient experiences
• Configure accounts for integration and menu ingestion while checking for quality
• Collaborate with restaurant owners and internal teams to facilitate a positive onboarding experience and long-term success

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent working experience required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably with restaurant owners
• Demonstrated ability to use computer applications, including experience with CRMs like Salesforce.com or Zendesk
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help restaurant partners succeed
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
