Onboarding Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to guide restaurants through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end restaurant onboarding process to ensure a timely experience
• Configure accounts for integration and menu ingestion, checking for quality
• Collaborate with restaurant owners and cross-functional teams to facilitate onboarding and provide training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent working experience required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably with restaurant owners
• Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help restaurant partners succeed
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively
