Job Summary
To support the onboarding of new M&A transactions, the full-time remote Onboarding Associate will manage client communications, field complex inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for deal onboarding inquiries related to the Shareholder Representative Services product
- Communicate effectively with M&A attorneys for post-closing follow-ups and assist with executing agreements
- Onboard new deals by collecting M&A documents and materials, tracking transactions, and responding to client inquiries
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
