Job Summary
To support the onboarding of new hires and transfers, the remote Onboarding Associate - California will manage the onboarding process, provide technical support for recruitment systems, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations while working in a fixed-term position.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including background checks and verification of credentials
- Provide tier 2 technical support for internal and external career sites and educate staff on onboarding policies
- Ensure data integrity by creating and modifying new employee records and maintaining compliance with privacy regulations
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative role within Human Resources, Recruiting, or Onboarding
- Experience processing high volume hiring/onboarding within a healthcare organization is preferred
- High School Diploma/GED is required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area is preferred
