Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coach to support customers and internal teams with billing questions and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and train clients on the platform through various communication methods
  • Assist existing customers with software usage and resolve inquiries via multiple channels
  • Collaborate with Sales to define success criteria and ensure customer retention


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk, Night Auditor, or General Manager
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Italian is a plus
  • Compatible graduation course (completed)
  • More than 2 years of proven experience in a related area
  • Strong computer and system skills with a reliable internet connection
