Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Coach in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard, train, and support clients using the platform through various communication channels
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide product and service support
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk, Night Auditor, Revenue Manager, or General Manager
- Experience in the hospitality/tourism industry
- Fluency in English; fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
- Completed compatible graduation course
- More than 2 years of proven experience in the field
