Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coach in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard, train, and support clients using the platform through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide product and service support
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk, Night Auditor, Revenue Manager, or General Manager
  • Experience in the hospitality/tourism industry
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
  • Completed compatible graduation course
  • More than 2 years of proven experience in the field
