Onboarding Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure new customers are onboarded safely and efficiently, the full-time remote Onboarding Compliance Analyst will review applications for compliance, conduct due diligence, and collaborate with various teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining strong AML controls.

Key responsibilities

• Review new customer onboarding applications for completeness and compliance with requirements
• Verify customer identities and business documentation as part of KYC/KYB onboarding
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening during the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exposure to AML, customer onboarding, compliance, fraud, or risk operations is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
