Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Compliance Specialist who will manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new hires from verbal offer to first day, managing offer letters and employment applications
- Prepare written offer letters and regulatory documents for signature
- Review and adjudicate background check results to ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications and Education
- One year of college, including courses in human resources management
- At least five years of administrative or human resources experience
- Experience with Workday required
- Understanding of FCRA guidelines and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of systems such as ICIMIS, HireRight, and SkillSurvey preferred
