Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Compliance Specialist who will manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new hires from verbal offer to first day, managing offer letters and employment applications
  • Prepare written offer letters and regulatory documents for signature
  • Review and adjudicate background check results to ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications and Education
  • One year of college, including courses in human resources management
  • At least five years of administrative or human resources experience
  • Experience with Workday required
  • Understanding of FCRA guidelines and recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of systems such as ICIMIS, HireRight, and SkillSurvey preferred
