Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

Guiding new clients through a seamless integration with software solutions, the full-time remote Onboarding Consultant will lead the onboarding process, conduct discovery sessions, and develop tailored onboarding plans to ensure successful adoption of Bonterra Tech's offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onboarding process from kick-off to successful adoption
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and develop tailored onboarding plans
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, implementation, or technical consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance customer outcomes
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools (Salesforce and Monday.com)
• Experience with data migration and system configuration is a plus
