Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant, Guest - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during the onboarding phase and manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously
• Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations and consult with clients on configuration needs prior to go-live
• Document deviations from best practices and leverage the Toast product to enhance operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience with POS software, ideally in the service industry (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or in the tech/SAAS industry (preferred)
