Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I to facilitate the onboarding of additional assets for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation experience for add-on customers
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation project
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and build project schedules

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with relevant products or the multifamily industry
• 4 years of proven experience in implementation and/or project management
• Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects over several months
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable owning onboarding target metrics
