Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant to guide Emergency Communications Centers in deploying and utilizing the CommsCoach platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer guidance on QA/QI, training, and coaching best practices within CommsCoach
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and agency leads to facilitate functional onboarding and ensure clarity in roles
  • Deliver structured training and support agencies in transitioning to modern workflows while maintaining organized communication
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in 9-1-1 dispatching, supervision, training, QA, or CTO work
  • Deep understanding of ECC operations, including call-taking workflows and QA/QI programs
  • Experience guiding organizations through operational or technology-driven change
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • High comfort level with software configuration and translating workflows into platform logic
