Job Summary

Onboarding Consultant is a full-time role responsible for managing customer relationships during the onboarding phase, ensuring successful implementation of the product while working autonomously to meet activation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for retail customers, ensuring a high-quality implementation experience
  • Conduct remote site assessments and create onboarding training plans for retail staff
  • Provide post-live support and guidance to customers during their first 30 days of usage
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
  • 1+ years of project management or implementation experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience working independently in a dynamic environment
